Starting February 1, 2026, the Alanya real estate market will undergo a major digital transformation. The Ministry of Trade is officially launching the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS). This new regulation is designed to protect buyers from fraud, eliminate price manipulation, and ensure that every property listing online is legitimate and authorized.
